photoblog image there's light at the end of the tunnel
there's light at the end of the tunnel|

there's light at the end of the tunnel

statistically, January is the most depressing month in the UK. It's got the highest suicide rates and there is an increase in the number of people on anti-depressants.

This is for  y'all:

whatever's getting you Down,
whatever's making you Frown;
remember you're not spinning down the Funnel,
and also that there's light at the end of every Tunnel.

I know I'm quite lame at poetry but hey, I thought the "lyricity" of this piece could afford me some poetic licence!

You are something else, Abisola! I think we're both on the same page today...except for you being a better poet! This is a Likey for me!
Abisola Fatokun: Thanks Ginnie. Thanks so much for your encouragement and for always dropping by... my target is to ensure I always have something new (and fresh) for you to see smile ... let's see if I can keep up!

This is some picture, I love the lighting and the poem with it, they match superbly together, but Abisola, your pictures are great, I looked in your archiv, some are a real likey to me, please keep them coming smile
Abisola Fatokun: Thanks Astrid. That's encouraging!! I want to see if I can keep them coming fairly regularly. Deji77 asked me to set a weekly target for myself this year but so far I've refused to do so... :p Thanks again!

Fantastic light shot, I really like this.
Actually I heard that the light at the end of the tunnel had been turned off due to finacial restraints.

Excellent Composition, framing and lighting. Great shot!! My 6yr old daughter, wants to know "..where is the rest of the picture..." smile Bless her.
Abisola Fatokun: Bless her indeed! I, unfortunately, cannot answer that question. I'm stumped!! Where IS the rest of the picture? wink

Great shot! The people almost look like they are running, which is perfect for this.
Abisola Fatokun: Thanks Martin. You are right... it does look as though the people are running.
Thanks for dropping by.

I like this one a lot, especially as you can give it your own interpretation. Very mysterious.
